The bushfire crisis in Australia is threatening wildlife and habitats, so I have decided to sell prints of my Australian Bird Collection and donate the net proceeds to BirdLife Australia.  In 2019 I lived in Canberra, ACT for 2 months and interacted with these birds daily. These brightly coloured parrots each have unique personalities, which I hope comes through in the artwork. I drew them in my sketchbook about a year ago and later painted them in acrylic on canvas. The prints will be made to order by a local fine art print studio on high quality paper.  I’m not taking a cut of the proceeds; this is just something I’m doing to help save wildlife habitats and share my artwork.
